SALES/ESTIMATING SPECIALIST

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Estimating Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and estimating within the roofing or construction industry. As a Sales/Estimating Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, preparing accurate estimates, and closing sales to help drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads to secure new business
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information for accurate estimates
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for roofing projects
• Present and explain estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns
• Negotiate and close sales with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain and update sales and estimating records in the company's CRM system
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to provide clients with the best solutions
• Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote Town Corners Roofing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and estimating, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

SIDING INSTALLER

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Siding Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing various types of siding materials, including vinyl, fiber cement, wood, and metal. As a Siding Installer at Towns Corners, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of siding on residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut siding materials to fit specified dimensions
• Install siding on residential buildings, ensuring alignment and fit
• Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on existing siding
• Work with a variety of siding materials, including vinyl, fiber cement, wood, and metal
• Ensure all installations meet building codes and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
• Complete projects within established timelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Siding Installer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of various siding materials and installation techniques
• Ability to carry up to 100 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders on tall heights
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
