A New Beginning for Town Corners Exteriors

Jeremy Town, a veteran, husband, and father of three, founded Town Corners Roofing and Exteriors in 2000. He comes from a long line of family-owned businesses, from his grandparents’ farm in Greenville, MI, established in 1954, to his father’s roofing business, where he learned the trade himself, and finally to his own Town Corners Roofing and Exteriors. The name was inspired by his grandparents’ Town Corners Farm.
 
Similarly, Eric Payne started learning and working in the real estate and construction industry during his childhood, while he worked alongside his father. Today, he is a licensed and insured General Contractor, Real Estate Agent, Residential Builder, and Remodeler with an MBA in finance from Davenport University. In 2006, he started PR Design Build (then called Payne Restoration), which has the reputation of one of the most exceptional and trustworthy construction companies in Michigan.
 
In fact, PR Design Build has completed successful projects on over 1,000 homes and has an A+ rating with the BBB.
 
Jeremy Town and Eric Payne have collaborated on home projects for many years, so naturally, when the time came to start a new business, Town trusted Payne to buy his company on July 1, 2024, with the faith that Payne will take the company further and offer more opportunities for his employees.
 
Our previous announcement stated that PR Design Build bought the company that will now be called Town Corners Exteriors. While it will hold the same values and high ethical standards, the company is making some key changes.
 
Town Corners Exteriors will be a premier exterior renovation company that offers a combination of services, such as roofing, siding, windows and doors, decks, as well as Outdoor Living Spaces. Additionally, we will utilize new client relationship management technology and smooth out the front-end office. Town Corners Exteriors will make an excellent addition to the PR Design Build portfolio of companies. This acquisition allows us to offer even more renovation possibilities to the West Michigan area while still upholding our commitment to excellent craftsmanship and client relationships.
